Sordin Hygiene Kit — Supreme Gel
Refresh the comfort, hygiene, and acoustic seal of your Sordin Supreme hearing protectors with soft gel ear cushions.
What it does

Upgrades comfort: Gel-filled cushions reduce pressure points—especially when worn with eye pro/eyeglass temples.

Better seal: Conforms to facial contours for a consistent noise-reduction seal in varied temps.

In the box

1 pair gel ear cushions
-
1 pair hygiene foam inserts (cup liners)
Install
-
Peel off old cushions from the cup lip.
-
Remove old foam liners.
-
Seat new liners inside each cup.

Press new gel cushions around the cup rim until fully snapped in.
Care & replacement

Wipe with mild soap/water; avoid solvents.
-
Inspect for cracks/leaks or loss of adhesion.
-
Replace every 6–12 months (sooner in heavy use, heat, or sweaty conditions).

Always follow the manufacturer’s care instructions first. That’s the rule.
In general:
Soft goods (clothing, slings, pouches, etc.) are usually machine-washable at 30°C and air dry only — unless the label or product page says otherwise. No tumble dryer, no bleach, no “it’ll probably be fine.”
Hard goods (plates, helmets, tools, lights, etc.) should not be thrown in a washer. Wipe them down with water or a mild cleaner and let them dry naturally. No solvents, no high heat, no dishwasher experiments.
If you use cleaning methods that are not recommended by the manufacturer and something fails because of that, it’s not covered by warranty.
Treat your kit like it’s going back out tomorrow.

If something is shown as out of stock but still purchasable, that means it’s on back-order / special-order. Estimated dispatch for those items is usually 5–30 days.
