Sigma OF-90 NBC Filter
The Sigma OF-90 NBC Filter is a high-performance combination filter designed to provide reliable respiratory protection against a broad range of chemical, biological and particulate hazards. Compliant with EN 14387:2021, the OF-90 is designed for use with compatible chemical protective masks and is suitable for military, law enforcement, emergency response and industrial applications.
The gas and vapor filtration stage uses chemically impregnated activated carbon to adsorb toxic substances and their compounds. The activated carbon is free from chromium and uses metal salts including copper, silver and zinc to enhance the removal of hazardous gases. Its high specific surface area of up to 1500 m²/g provides effective physical gas adsorption.
The particulate filtration stage uses a highly efficient HEPA H14 filter element manufactured from hydrophobic filter material. Compliant with EN 143:2021, the filter provides high filtration efficiency while maintaining low breathing resistance. It removes harmful solid and liquid particles, biological aerosols, radioactive aerosols, dust, bacteria and viruses from the passing air.
The durable filter housing is manufactured from Noryl™ plastic, providing excellent resistance to impact and damage during use. The black matte finish is well suited to professional and tactical applications.

Construction
Noryl™ Housing
The filter body is manufactured from highly durable Noryl™ plastic, offering strong resistance to shocks and damage during use. The housing has a black matte finish.
Activated Carbon Gas Filter
The gas adsorption stage uses chemically impregnated activated carbon without chromium. Copper, silver, zinc and other compounds are used to support the removal of toxic gases, while the high specific surface area of the sorbent enables effective physical adsorption.
HEPA H14 Particulate Filter
The particulate filter element is made from a special hydrophobic filter material meeting the EN 143:2021 standard. Its high filtration efficiency is combined with low breathing resistance for improved usability.

Always follow the manufacturer’s care instructions first. That’s the rule.
In general:
Soft goods (clothing, slings, pouches, etc.) are usually machine-washable at 30°C and air dry only — unless the label or product page says otherwise. No tumble dryer, no bleach, no “it’ll probably be fine.”
Hard goods (plates, helmets, tools, lights, etc.) should not be thrown in a washer. Wipe them down with water or a mild cleaner and let them dry naturally. No solvents, no high heat, no dishwasher experiments.
If you use cleaning methods that are not recommended by the manufacturer and something fails because of that, it’s not covered by warranty.
Treat your kit like it’s going back out tomorrow.
