The Salomon Speed Assault 2 GTX is a lightweight, weatherproof tactical boot designed for speed, agility, and durability in the toughest environments. Weighing only 330 g (UK size 8.5), this boot combines advanced trail-running technology with rugged tactical performance, making it the ideal choice for military, law enforcement, and demanding outdoor missions.

Built with a GORE-TEX Technical Oriented Fabric (TOF) membrane, the Speed Assault 2 GTX delivers full waterproof protection and breathability in all climates—from arid deserts to rain-soaked forests and boggy terrain. The ripstop fabric, anti-debris mesh, and welded upper construction provide exceptional durability while maintaining a glove-like fit.

The SensiFit™ system cradles the foot for a secure, customized feel, working seamlessly with the Quicklace® one-pull lacing system for fast and precise adjustments. Underfoot, the EnergyCell EVA midsole ensures optimal shock absorption and rebound, while the Contagrip® TA outsole with Chevron lugs delivers superior traction on mud, rock, and loose surfaces.

For added comfort, the OrthoLite® insole enhances cushioning, breathability, and moisture management, while the gusseted tongue and protective toe cap shield the foot from debris and impacts.

Soft goods (clothing, slings, pouches, etc.) are usually machine-washable at 30°C and air dry only — unless the label or product page says otherwise. No tumble dryer, no bleach, no “it’ll probably be fine.”
Hard goods (plates, helmets, tools, lights, etc.) should not be thrown in a washer. Wipe them down with water or a mild cleaner and let them dry naturally. No solvents, no high heat, no dishwasher experiments.

If you use cleaning methods that are not recommended by the manufacturer and something fails because of that, it’s not covered by warranty.

Treat your kit like it’s going back out tomorrow.

We move fast.

For in-stock items, handling time is 0–1 business days and we hand your order to the carrier right away. Shipping speed and price depend on what you pick at checkout (Posti for standard/economy in Finland & EU, FedEx for faster domestic, EU/EEA, and international delivery).

If something is shown as out of stock but still purchasable, that means it’s on back-order / special-order. Estimated dispatch for those items is usually 5–30 days. High-end products like night vision devices and thermal optics are most often “made to order,” meaning we source them individually per customer request.

If your cart has both in-stock gear and made-to-order gear, we may ship what’s ready first so you don’t have to wait.
