The Princeton Tec Charge X is built for users who actually live on their rails – an all-in-one helmet light that covers admin work, navigation, signaling, and low-signature tasks in one compact package.
Powered by either 1x CR123 or 1x AA (dual-fuel), the Charge X gives you true flexibility in the field when battery availability isn’t guaranteed. Its 100 lumen dimmable white light is perfect for close to mid-range work, while the red, green, blue, and IR LEDs cover preservation of night vision, medical tasks, marking, and NOD use.
One of the standout features is the programmable color order: you can choose the sequence in which the colored LEDs activate, so the light always comes on in the mode you actually use first, instead of cycling through a bunch you don’t need.
The upgraded flexible boom arm lets you aim the beam exactly where you need it—map board, radio, admin pouch, weapon controls—without having to crane your neck or flood the whole area with light. Its small footprint keeps rail clutter to a minimum and leaves room for earpro, cameras, or other mission-critical accessories.

Gear Care (Read This Before You Wreck It)
Always follow the manufacturer’s care instructions first. That’s the rule.
In general:
Soft goods (clothing, slings, pouches, etc.) are usually machine-washable at 30°C and air dry only — unless the label or product page says otherwise. No tumble dryer, no bleach, no “it’ll probably be fine.”
Hard goods (plates, helmets, tools, lights, etc.) should not be thrown in a washer. Wipe them down with water or a mild cleaner and let them dry naturally. No solvents, no high heat, no dishwasher experiments.
If you use cleaning methods that are not recommended by the manufacturer and something fails because of that, it’s not covered by warranty.
Treat your kit like it’s going back out tomorrow.
