Outdoor Research Allies Mountain II Jacket – Multicam
The Allies Mountain II Jacket is Outdoor Research’s lightweight technical shell, designed for professionals and outdoor athletes operating in demanding terrain and severe weather. Built around AscentShell™ waterproof technology with Cordura® fabric reinforcement, it combines weather protection, abrasion resistance, durability, and mobility in a streamlined package.
With a 30K waterproof rating, fully seam-taped construction, and waterproof YKK® Aquaguard® zippers, the jacket is built to handle sustained rain, wet snow, and harsh mountain conditions. Two-way pit zips provide rapid ventilation during high-output movement, while the fully adjustable, helmet-compatible hood with a structured wire brim improves coverage and visibility in wind and driving rain.

Always follow the manufacturer’s care instructions first. That’s the rule.
In general:
Soft goods (clothing, slings, pouches, etc.) are usually machine-washable at 30°C and air dry only — unless the label or product page says otherwise. No tumble dryer, no bleach, no “it’ll probably be fine.”
Hard goods (plates, helmets, tools, lights, etc.) should not be thrown in a washer. Wipe them down with water or a mild cleaner and let them dry naturally. No solvents, no high heat, no dishwasher experiments.
If you use cleaning methods that are not recommended by the manufacturer and something fails because of that, it’s not covered by warranty.
Treat your kit like it’s going back out tomorrow.

If something is shown as out of stock but still purchasable, that means it’s on back-order / special-order. Estimated dispatch for those items is usually 5–30 days. High-end products like night vision devices and thermal optics are most often “made to order,” meaning we source them individually per customer request.
If your cart has both in-stock gear and made-to-order gear, we may ship what’s ready first so you don’t have to wait.
