The 3 Day Assault BVS is Mystery Ranch’s do-it-all mid-size mission pack, built to stay mobile while still carrying enough sustainment gear for long days (or a full 72-hour load, depending on how you pack). The signature 3-ZIP front access is the big advantage here—open it from the top like a traditional pack, or peel it open for fast access to gear buried deep without unpacking everything.
What makes the BVS (Bolstered Ventilation & Stability) version unique is how it rides over body armor. The bolstered back panel creates a more stable interface and helps the pack sit securely without shifting, while also providing airflow channels. If you don’t need the armor-focused setup, the BVS bolsters can be removed, making the pack more general-purpose.
Support comes from the Futura Frame system with an HDPE frame sheet for rigidity while still keeping some flex for movement. The Futura Yoke micro-adjusts to torso length so you can dial in fit and maintain the right standoff between your back and the frame—especially useful when layering or running kit.
Storage and integration are mission-oriented: external and internal PALS/MOLLE webbing lets you expand with pouches, and side compression straps keep the load tight and reduce bulk when partially packed. Side pockets fit a bottle, tripod, or even a rifle butt. Up top, urethane-coated zipper ports allow routing for antennae, comms cables, and hydration tubes from either side. Inside, sleeves and ports support up to three hydration reservoirs, so you can configure water for long movements or team use. The waist belt stows away when you don’t want it snagging or interfering with kit.

Care
Gear Care (Read This Before You Wreck It)
Always follow the manufacturer’s care instructions first. That’s the rule.
In general:
Soft goods (clothing, slings, pouches, etc.) are usually machine-washable at 30°C and air dry only — unless the label or product page says otherwise. No tumble dryer, no bleach, no “it’ll probably be fine.”
Hard goods (plates, helmets, tools, lights, etc.) should not be thrown in a washer. Wipe them down with water or a mild cleaner and let them dry naturally. No solvents, no high heat, no dishwasher experiments.
If you use cleaning methods that are not recommended by the manufacturer and something fails because of that, it’s not covered by warranty.
Treat your kit like it’s going back out tomorrow.

Shipping & Returns
We move fast.
For in-stock items, handling time is 0–1 business days and we hand your order to the carrier right away. Shipping speed and price depend on what you pick at checkout (Posti for standard/economy in Finland & EU, FedEx for faster domestic, EU/EEA, and international delivery).
If something is shown as out of stock but still purchasable, that means it’s on back-order / special-order. Estimated dispatch for those items is usually 5–30 days. High-end products like night vision devices and thermal optics are most often “made to order,” meaning we source them individually per customer request.
If your cart has both in-stock gear and made-to-order gear, we may ship what’s ready first so you don’t have to wait.
You’ll get a tracking code as soon as your parcel is handed to Posti or FedEx.
