Optimized for extended-range performance, the OKW v2 generates an intensely focused beam capable of positively identifying targets at significant distances. Manufactured and assembled in the USA, the OKW v2 features fully potted electronics, a rugged aluminum housing, and a high-transmission BOROFLOAT® lens. The light head is engineered to withstand harsh operational environments, including repeated recoil from hard-use weapon platforms.

Due to the Type III hardcoat anodizing process, slight variations in finish appearance may occur between production batches. These cosmetic differences are normal and do not affect product performance or durability.

Always follow the manufacturer’s care instructions first. That’s the rule.
In general:
Soft goods (clothing, slings, pouches, etc.) are usually machine-washable at 30°C and air dry only — unless the label or product page says otherwise. No tumble dryer, no bleach, no “it’ll probably be fine.”
Hard goods (plates, helmets, tools, lights, etc.) should not be thrown in a washer. Wipe them down with water or a mild cleaner and let them dry naturally. No solvents, no high heat, no dishwasher experiments.
If you use cleaning methods that are not recommended by the manufacturer and something fails because of that, it’s not covered by warranty.
Treat your kit like it’s going back out tomorrow.
