The MOD Placard is Haley Strategic’s updated, modular take on the classic chest rig/placard concept—built for maximum configurability, durability, and broad plate-carrier compatibility. It’s constructed from a single piece of nylon laminate and reinforced with bonded bartacks, creating an intentionally rugged placard that holds up in high-abuse environments while staying streamlined.
With MOLLE coverage across all exterior faces, the MOD Placard gives you a blank-slate front for mission-driven setups—run your preferred magazine cells, admin, GP, or specialty pouches without being locked into a fixed layout. The universal plate carrier attachment system provides height-adjustable vertical mounting and supports common interfaces like 1” side-release buckles and 1” G-Hooks. On the sides, multi-fit attachment points expand compatibility further, supporting 1” buckles, 1” G-Hooks, and FirstSpear Split Bar Tubes® for clean integration with a wide range of modern carriers.

Gear Care (Read This Before You Wreck It)
Always follow the manufacturer’s care instructions first. That’s the rule.
In general:
Soft goods (clothing, slings, pouches, etc.) are usually machine-washable at 30°C and air dry only — unless the label or product page says otherwise. No tumble dryer, no bleach, no “it’ll probably be fine.”
Hard goods (plates, helmets, tools, lights, etc.) should not be thrown in a washer. Wipe them down with water or a mild cleaner and let them dry naturally. No solvents, no high heat, no dishwasher experiments.
If you use cleaning methods that are not recommended by the manufacturer and something fails because of that, it’s not covered by warranty.
Treat your kit like it’s going back out tomorrow.

For in-stock items, handling time is 0–1 business days and we hand your order to the carrier right away. Shipping speed and price depend on what you pick at checkout (Posti for standard/economy in Finland & EU, FedEx for faster domestic, EU/EEA, and international delivery).
If something is shown as out of stock but still purchasable, that means it’s on back-order / special-order. Estimated dispatch for those items is usually 5–30 days. High-end products like night vision devices and thermal optics are most often “made to order,” meaning we source them individually per customer request.
If your cart has both in-stock gear and made-to-order gear, we may ship what’s ready first so you don’t have to wait.
