Haley Strategic D3CR Heavy Placard
The Haley Strategic D3CR Heavy Placard is a purpose-built load carriage platform designed for secure and adaptable carriage of rifle magazines and tactical equipment. The Heavy Placard supports a wide range of magazine types and calibers, making it a highly versatile solution for modern plate carrier configurations.
The placard is designed to accommodate 5.56 magazines including USGI, PMAG, STANAG and AUG magazines, as well as 7.62 magazines including PMAG, SR-25/AR-10, M7, SCAR 17, Lancer and AICS Short Action magazines. It is also compatible with M110A1 CSASS (HK417) and AK magazines in 7.62 and 5.45 calibers.
A key feature of the Heavy Placard is its adjustable magazine cell depth, allowing the user to configure retention for different magazine lengths and equipment. The repositionable MP2 magazine inserts can accommodate extended magazines, including 40-round PMAGs and magazines equipped with basepad extensions. The adjustable cells can also be configured to carry tactical radios such as the PRC-152.
The universal plate carrier attachment system provides adjustable ride height and multiple side attachment configurations. Compatibility with 1” side-release buckles, 1” G-Hooks and FirstSpear Split Bar Tubes® allows the D3CR Heavy Placard to integrate with a wide range of modern plate carriers.

Always follow the manufacturer’s care instructions first. That’s the rule.
In general:
Soft goods (clothing, slings, pouches, etc.) are usually machine-washable at 30°C and air dry only — unless the label or product page says otherwise. No tumble dryer, no bleach, no “it’ll probably be fine.”
Hard goods (plates, helmets, tools, lights, etc.) should not be thrown in a washer. Wipe them down with water or a mild cleaner and let them dry naturally. No solvents, no high heat, no dishwasher experiments.
If you use cleaning methods that are not recommended by the manufacturer and something fails because of that, it’s not covered by warranty.
Treat your kit like it’s going back out tomorrow.

If something is shown as out of stock but still purchasable, that means it’s on back-order / special-order. Estimated dispatch for those items is usually 5–30 days. High-end products like night vision devices and thermal optics are most often “made to order,” meaning we source them individually per customer request.
If your cart has both in-stock gear and made-to-order gear, we may ship what’s ready first so you don’t have to wait.
