Direct Action Vanguard Over-Shell Trousers
The Direct Action Vanguard Over-Shell Trousers are tactical hardshell trousers designed to provide weather protection over combat uniform trousers in demanding outdoor environments. Their three-layer membrane offers a 25,000 mm waterproof rating and 15,000 g/m²/24 h breathability, helping protect against rain and moisture while supporting moisture management during intensive activity.
Full-length, two-way water-resistant side zippers allow rapid donning and doffing over existing clothing, provide access to inner pockets, and enable additional ventilation. The zippers are secured with buckles and snap fasteners for a secure closure. Reinforcements made from 330D CORDURA® on the knees, seat, and inner lower legs improve abrasion resistance in demanding terrain.
An adjustable waist with a belt and buckle combines with elastic two-point suspenders attached via G-hooks to provide a secure fit. A non-slip inner waistband helps prevent the trousers from slipping during movement, while the integrated self-pack pocket allows compact storage when the trousers are not in use.

In general:
Soft goods (clothing, slings, pouches, etc.) are usually machine-washable at 30°C and air dry only — unless the label or product page says otherwise. No tumble dryer, no bleach, no “it’ll probably be fine.”
Hard goods (plates, helmets, tools, lights, etc.) should not be thrown in a washer. Wipe them down with water or a mild cleaner and let them dry naturally. No solvents, no high heat, no dishwasher experiments.
If you use cleaning methods that are not recommended by the manufacturer and something fails because of that, it’s not covered by warranty.
Treat your kit like it’s going back out tomorrow.

If something is shown as out of stock but still purchasable, that means it’s on back-order / special-order. Estimated dispatch for those items is usually 5–30 days. High-end products like night vision devices and thermal optics are most often “made to order,” meaning we source them individually per customer request.
