Direct Action MED Pouch Vertical Mk II – Compact Two-Piece IFAK System
The Direct Action MED Pouch Vertical Mk II is a refined, lightweight upgrade of the original MED Pouch Vertical, designed for fast, reliable access to first aid essentials in the field. Built for versatility, it mounts easily to chest rigs, plate carriers, or belts while maintaining a compact footprint similar to a rifle magazine pouch.
Constructed from a proprietary laminate and rugged 500D Cordura®, this two-piece IFAK offers outstanding durability with reduced bulk and weight. The insert deploys instantly with a single pull of the Velcro®-secured flap, giving rapid access to your medical gear held in elastic webbing loops. The interior is lined with loop Velcro® for modular customization, allowing attachment of accessories like the Direct Action SHEARS pouch.
A laser-cut MED cross on the front loop Velcro® panel improves visibility and allows for adding medical or IR patches. Paracord loops also make the pouch belt-compatible with any 45mm-wide gun belt, providing unmatched flexibility across loadouts.

-
Two-piece IFAK design with quick-pull deployment insert
-

-

Care
Gear Care (Read This Before You Wreck It)
Always follow the manufacturer’s care instructions first. That’s the rule.
In general:
Soft goods (clothing, slings, pouches, etc.) are usually machine-washable at 30°C and air dry only — unless the label or product page says otherwise. No tumble dryer, no bleach, no “it’ll probably be fine.”
Hard goods (plates, helmets, tools, lights, etc.) should not be thrown in a washer. Wipe them down with water or a mild cleaner and let them dry naturally. No solvents, no high heat, no dishwasher experiments.
If you use cleaning methods that are not recommended by the manufacturer and something fails because of that, it’s not covered by warranty.
Treat your kit like it’s going back out tomorrow.

Shipping & Returns
We move fast.
For in-stock items, handling time is 0–1 business days and we hand your order to the carrier right away. Shipping speed and price depend on what you pick at checkout (Posti for standard/economy in Finland & EU, FedEx for faster domestic, EU/EEA, and international delivery).
If something is shown as out of stock but still purchasable, that means it’s on back-order / special-order. Estimated dispatch for those items is usually 5–30 days. High-end products like night vision devices and thermal optics are most often “made to order,” meaning we source them individually per customer request.
If your cart has both in-stock gear and made-to-order gear, we may ship what’s ready first so you don’t have to wait.
You’ll get a tracking code as soon as your parcel is handed to Posti or FedEx.
