The Carinthia Poncho Pro C is a versatile insulated poncho designed to provide reliable warmth and protection in cold and wet conditions. Built with G-LOFT® synthetic insulation, it delivers excellent thermal performance while maintaining lightweight packability and dependable insulation even when exposed to moisture.

The outer fabric is windproof, water-repellent, and breathable, ensuring protection from harsh weather while maintaining comfort during extended use. Developed to meet military requirements, the Poncho Pro C is ideal for field operations, outdoor expeditions, or emergency shelter systems where adaptability and durability are essential.

Highly versatile, the poncho can serve multiple roles in the field. It functions as an insulated poncho, makeshift sleeping bag, or thermal liner, and can be combined with the Carinthia Poncho Pro R rain poncho to create a fully insulated and weatherproof system. A modular button system also allows multiple ponchos to be connected together for expanded coverage in camp environments.

For convenient storage, the poncho features an integrated chest pocket that doubles as a stuff sack, allowing it to be quickly packed into a compact format. The self-fastening front flap, lined with soft fleece and secured by three magnetic buttons, adds comfort and ease of use in cold conditions.

Gear Care (Read This Before You Wreck It)

Always follow the manufacturer’s care instructions first. That’s the rule.

In general:


  • Soft goods (clothing, slings, pouches, etc.) are usually machine-washable at 30°C and air dry only — unless the label or product page says otherwise. No tumble dryer, no bleach, no “it’ll probably be fine.”

  • Hard goods (plates, helmets, tools, lights, etc.) should not be thrown in a washer. Wipe them down with water or a mild cleaner and let them dry naturally. No solvents, no high heat, no dishwasher experiments.

If you use cleaning methods that are not recommended by the manufacturer and something fails because of that, it’s not covered by warranty.

For in-stock items, handling time is 0–1 business days and we hand your order to the carrier right away. Shipping speed and price depend on what you pick at checkout (Posti for standard/economy in Finland & EU, FedEx for faster domestic, EU/EEA, and international delivery).


If something is shown as out of stock but still purchasable, that means it’s on back-order / special-order. Estimated dispatch for those items is usually 5–30 days. High-end products like night vision devices and thermal optics are most often “made to order,” meaning we source them individually per customer request.

If your cart has both in-stock gear and made-to-order gear, we may ship what’s ready first so you don’t have to wait.
