Haley Strategic – Finally in the EU
Ordering Haley Strategic gear straight from the US works, right until international shipping, VAT and courier fees stack up on your credit card bill.
That’s why we keep Haley gear stocked here in the EU.
The price you see includes VAT, no additional customs charges within the EU. Orders ship directly from Finland with Posti and FedEx.
Chest rigs and placards
The D3CRM Micro Chest Rig is the obvious starting point if you want a compact setup without giving up modularity. It's small enough to disappear under a jacket and accepts Haley’s inserts, so the same rig can run 5.56, 7.62 or smaller magazines. Change the insert, not the whole rig.
Run it standalone with an H-Harness or X-Harness, or clip it straight onto a compatible plate carrier and use it as a placard.
Need more real estate? The D3CRX gives you extra space for coms, medical gear, admin and all the other stuff that tends to multiply the longer you're out.
A lot of Haley rigs and placards use the MP2 insert for magazine retention. It's an injection-moulded insert that keeps the mag where it belongs without bungee cords, pull tabs or hook-and-loop flaps getting involved.
Mags come out cleanly and go back in just as easily. Small feature you’ll probably ignore on the product page, but after a full day on the range you’llappreciate it.
The MOD Plus placard gives you six eight columns of MOLLE and attach using standard 1-inch buckles or G-hooks. That makes them compatible with plenty of carriers using the same interface, including Spiritus Systems.
Thorax: Low-profile plate carrier system
The Thorax Incog Plate Bags are built around a clean, low-profile setup.
Instead of conventional front MOLLE, the carrier uses Haley Strategic's TABLOC attachment system. Compatible placards attach directly to the carrier without webbing or bulky mounting hardware.
The Incog Triple Rifle Mag Placard locks straight onto the front, keeping the overall profile flat and uncluttered. Thorax Elastic Cummerbund adds discreet storage under the arms for magazines, medical equipment and other essentials without adding unnecessary bulk.
The foundation: D3 Belt system
The D3 Belt is a two-piece battle belt system built around a lightweight laminate outer belt with laser-cut MOLLE.
The outer belt is worn over an inner belt threaded through your trouser loops, creating a stable platform for holsters, magazine pouches and other gear. The D3 Inner Belt is sold separately.
For sizing, measure your actual waist. If you are between sizes, go up.
Incog, slings and packs
The Incog line focuses on low-profile EDC gear.
The Incog Wallet is a slim bi-fold with an RFID-blocking liner and an integrated G10 Snake Doctor tool developed together with Toor Knives.
The Incog X holster was developed with Safariland for inside-the-waistband carry and is available for Glock 17 and Glock 19 setups with a red dot, with selected configurations also supporting weapon lights.
The D3 Sling can be configured for either two-point or single-point use and adjusted quickly while worn.
Haley’s signature FlatPack Plus stays compact when you do not need much carrying capacity and expands to roughly 150% more volume.
For the med kit, Haley’s preloaded Improved Trauma Response Kit, developed with SOARescue, uses a pull-out tray design for fast access and one-handed opening.
